Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick Brooklyn, on a tree lined street, one block from the subway L train (Jefferson stop) about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan (Union Square).

We have lots of amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, 24 hour mini market, gym, yoga studios, rock climbing facility, art studios, rolling skating ring, Wyckoff Hospital (8 min walk), laundry and more.

You would be sharing common spaces with two cool guys Kyle (young professional) works 9-5pm and Marc (artist/photographer) travels often.

In search of a male, super chill, mature, financially stable, responsible, respectful, familiar with shared living, CLEAN (very important), reliable, organized, Drama-Free, willing to share roommate responsibilities and monthly expenses for households products and such. Someone who takes pride in where they live.
We are not looking for large gatherings, crazy parties or drugs in the house. We work really hard and want our home to be peaceful, clean and harmonious.

The room is spacious, it can fit a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and desk, it has a window, closet with draws, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, the rent for this room is $1500 per month plus utilities and wifi. It's for one person only.

You would need the first month rent, security deposit, and qualified Guarantors are welcome. No broker fee.
