This is a three bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome guys.

Looking a male, super chill, mature, financially stable, responsible, respectful, familiar with shared living, CLEAN (very important), reliable, organized, Drama-Free, willing to share roommate responsibilities and monthly expenses for households products and such. Someone who takes pride in where they live.
We are not looking for large gatherings either, crazy parties or drugs in the house. We work really hard and want our home to be peaceful, clean and harmonious.

The room is spacious, it can fit a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and desk, it has a window, closet with draws, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, the rent for this room is $1500 per month plus utilities and wifi.

You would need the first month rent, security deposit, and qualified Guarantors are welcome. No broker fee.
