We have an awesome small room available December 1st.
Glorious location in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn on the corner of Starr Street and St. Nicholas Avenue. One block from the subway (L train-Jefferson stop) about 15-20 minutes to Manhattan and M train near.
Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, beer garden, 24/7 supermarkets, post office, hospital, yoga studios, rock climbing and more at your fingertips.

This is a three bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome females.

Looking for a female, minimalist, super chill, clean, mature, responsible , respectful, financially stable, self sufficient and willing to share roommate responsibilities
i. e: know that we split the household products expenses monthly, take turns in taking out garbage, how to recycle neatly, respect house rules etc….
Someone with shared living experience is very important. We are not looking for large gatherings either, crazy parties or drugs in the house. We do have gatherings once in a while. We work really hard and want our home to be peaceful, clean and harmonious.

The room is small it has a window, open face closet, hardwood floors, high ceilings. You can fit a twin size bed comfortably. It can be rented furnished with a twin size bed and dresser if you’d like.
The rent for the room is $1,000 per month plus utilities and WiFi about $60 per person.

You would need the first month, plus security deposit and we welcome qualified Co-signers. One year commitment minimum.
