Private furnished room in a 4 bedroom house in the heart of Bushwick. Close to delicious restaurants, bars and laundry matt. 20 minutes from Manhattan. Walking distance to the L and J train, street parking is always available and easy.

The apartment is on a 3rd floor walk up. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, AC unit, mini fridge, microwave, fire stick television, and a desk.

Bathroom, kitchen are shared with the rest of the housemates. Short term lease and long term lease available.

All bills are included (Internet, gas, electric, Wi-Fi).

This room is for a single-occupant. (Double occupants may be considered 1,550)

I ask for someone who is quiet, respectful of our space and surroundings.
Someone to please not bring the party home. Please no smokers or overnight guests without prior approval.

Stays longer than a month we ask you to sign a sublease agreement.
