$1.6k Basement Rooms in Bushwick Brooklyn NYC

My names Sarah. My roommate Julia and I just got a first floor apartment in bushwick (technically a 3 bedroom plus an additional basement area)
The third bedroom upstairs is gonna be used as an extension to the living room because it has a door to the backyard so that we are all able to use it equally. There is also access to the backyard from the basement.
We are looking for someone to occupy the basement area that could be made into a cozy room with an office area/ extra room for additional privacy. (its basically two bedrooms in the basements)
There is a washer & dryer in the building.
Public Transit- Right off of the Central M stop & also B54 & B38 buses
Move in as soon ASAP
First & security required to move in :)
