Right off the Dekalb Ave L train (about a 5 min walk), 10mins away from Knickerbocker Ave M, we are located on Dekalb Ave. Close to a Key Food market as well as a Walgreens, with other local shops and bars. Seeking single roommate to move into A 10ftx10ft room with enough space to fit a double or single sized bed as well as a dresser or two. Full size closet as well as high ceilings. Rooms have one small window that looks into the building, so there is no natural light. Medium sized kitchen and living room. This is a 4br 2 full bath apartment, so you will only have to share your bathroom with one other person. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Seeking someone to sign the lease for the renewal of the contract (Oct 2025-Oct 2026). Guarantors welcome. Current roommates include myself, Daniel (30, queer, they/them), Manee (27, she/her), and Irwin (28 he/him). Irwin has recently moved in and he hasn't been here much. If we could find another girl to balance it out, that would be great, so priority to the girlies ( sorry dudes). We're a pretty chill bunch, occasionally we'll have friends over on weekends, but the majority of the time is low-key. Seeking someone friendly and chill.
