The available room doesn’t have a built in closet but does come with a separate closet/armoire (the rest of the room will be unfurnished). Room is unfurnished except for wardrobe which is provided in place of a closet.
Apartment has in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony. The first floor of the building has a well operated gym and the elevator goes up to the roof which has a BBQ, table for dinning/lounge chairs for communal use of building.
Building is near lots of restaurants, bodegas, and an adorable park (great for dogs or humans). I have a cat who is very snuggly and sweet. I think she would be ok with other small pets.
Rent is $1600 a month (deposit 1 month rent), move in December 2nd (but likely could be sooner)
