Beautiful Bushwick apt w/ Washer Dryer IN UNIT

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It is a walk up to the 3rd floor. Utilities include wifi, gas, and electric which can go up to $80-200 depending on the season. We each would have a bill in our name and split the cost evenly each month on an app called SplitWise.

This is not for a month to month or sublet room - it is a sublease until August 31! The deposit would be first and security deposit

We are only a 3 minute walk from the L train and a 10 minute walk to the J. We have several delis up the block, a grocery store two stops away on the L, a park about a 6 minute walk away, bars up the block and plenty of places to choose to eat!

In the apartment we have a dishwasher, rooftop, washer/ dryer IN unit, central AC and a buzzer intercom system which has video and audio. We are also very *** friendly. The vibe in the apartment is pretty chill and relaxed.
Room available :
Large size room. Has two large windows facing back of neighborhood into the garden. Large sized closet. This room fits a queen bed, a desk, a dresser, a tv stand

Roommates:

Mikayla is in her mid-20s. She is a dancer and bartender. She is a kind soul and loves playing video games. She stays to herself most of the time but has no problem engaging in conversation. She has a cat, Myla, who stays by her side, walking with her anywhere she goes. She also has a partner who spends nights over but they are respectful and keep to themselves

Jack is in his mid-20s. He is a fashion designer. He loves to 3d print, read, look into fashion and also create fashion. He skateboards and comes in and out. He's pretty chill and likes to chat every now and then

What we’re looking for:
Someone who has a consistent work schedule and is responsible paying the rent and utilities consistently. We’re also looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and someone preferably quiet but nothing too crazy!
