Outgoing, creative types wanted!

Looking for a lovely creative & outgoing person to join my Bushwick oasis. I've been in this place for ten years and I’m still completely in love with the neighborhood and apartment. Great cafes, bars, clubs, vintage stores, art, and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes from J/Z/M, LAUNDRY MACHINE in the unit, two large common spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, a great TV & sound system, a back patio, and your own private bathroom. I’m very social too hosting a board game night each week and theme parties quarterly so this home is a great place for meeting new people and to bring your friends. Ideally, I want someone who values creativity and bringing people together over food and wacky events.

The room itself fits a full bed comfortably, a Queen if you're ambitious. The last tenant has furnished the room with a desk, full bed, and AC unit. You’ll be in the front room and I have the two rooms in the back (one’s my bedroom, the other my office and access to the patio). The only con with the room is some loud street noise from Myrtle.
