$1050/ mo. Big room & fire escape. Not Furnished

My name is Aja, and my roommate is Jalynn. Our other roommate is moving out, so we need someone to take her place. We want an May 1 move in. We're looking for stability. Please do not respond if you plan to have a short stay.

The room is fairly large- we can fit our dressers in the closet. And the living room and bathroom are already furnished. I work part time as an actor and babysitter. Jalynn works at an animal non profit and wants to host animals occasionally. We're looking for someone who is considerate, tidy (we don't like dishes in the sink, and we make sure the floors get swept and mopped once a week, etc), and can FOR SURE pay the rent. We'll probably ask about your employment status. We'll need you to put the electric bill in your name, as I have the wifi and Jalynn has the gas. But besides that we're pretty lax. We're ten minutes from the J train and 12 minutes from the L. There's a couple grocery stores in the area, parks, places to eat, etc.
