The available room faces the back of the building so it is nice and quiet. It is large enough to fit a queen size bed, wardrobe and other furniture. The best part about this space is that it comes with a private bathroom as well as a private entrance allowing you to essentially have your own space. The only area that is shared with the existing roommate is the kitchen. Utilities (gas and electric) are split evenly between the two roommates.

The building is located just a few blocks from the Jefferson Ave and Dekalb Station on the L Train and is just down the block from Maria Hernandez Park. You will be extremely close to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment venues (House of Yes, Theatre XIV, etc).

The move-in requirements are first month’s rent and one month’s security deposit. There is no broker’s fee but the credit and background check fees will be the responsibility of the applicant. We are looking for someone with an annual income of 40x the monthly rent rate and credit score of 680 and above. If you are a student and require a guarantor, please make sure that your guarantor has an annual income of 80x the monthly rent rate and a credit score of at least 720. A landlord reference will be requested, if applicable.
