Located a short distance from the G Train, around the corner from Lincoln Market and 2 blocks a way from a public pool. This Modern building is quite the gem of a find. With 2 elevators, a virtual door man , central air , rooftop access and a gym and laundry mat all in one building. The rooms fits a full or Queen bed comfortably with a window. Room 1 Has 2 windows and more space in diameter. Room two has a massive window and double door closet storage. Both out look the city skyline where you can she how beautiful Manhattan is from Brooklyn in both sunrise/sunset and at night.

Ideal roommate: Working and in their 23-30s, is friendly, polite , cleans up after themselves in Bathroom , kitchen and common areas . Ideally my potential roommates should have a “best for the collective” idea especially in respect and cleanliness and communication. People who can be prompt on bill dues and electricity conservative. Cats are Allowed , My kitten Echo would love the company
