The room available is the primary bedroom 10'-0" x 12'-0". The room has central air. The building has a nice roof and backyard. The building is only a couple years old, so everything is new. We are walking distance away for the L train (Morgan Stop) and M train (Central Ave stop). The room is available June 1st and we are looking for someone to sign onto the new lease that is starting in July. Junes rent would only be $1450

I’m an architect in my early 40’s, male. The other room mate is in his 30’s. It’s very drama free and we all do our own thing in our rooms. All bills are paid on time. The other roommate is kinda like a mouse and I rarely see him
The common space is small but the rooms are big with plenty of light. The building is only around 8 years old. Each room has its own AC unit with remote. We have very fast internet 1000 MBs up and 1000 MBs down.
The other roommate doesn’t use the kitchen at ALL so it would just be 2 people sharing the kitchen. I’ve been here for 7 years.

The current roommate has already moved out, so the room is available this month for a prorated rate
