The building is only a couple years old, so everything is new. We are walking distance away for the L train (Morgan Stop) and M train (Central Ave stop). The roommate that is moving is starting a new job at the beginning of January, so early move in might be possible. There is a bed and two dressers that can be left if wanted, for free
