Hi! My name is Daniela, im 27 years old born and raised in Brooklyn. Ive lived here since July. Its a 3 bedroom apartment, we all have our own bathrooms we just share the kitchen and the living room. Its two couples currently, in their early to mid 20s. They are all very sweet, friendly and welcoming. One couple is from North Carolina and the other couple from NYC.

I am moving out because Im moving to Texas to be closer to my family and start my life career, really personal reasons. The lease for the apartment will be up June 30th. The room will come fully furnished with a full sized bed, two four drawer dressers, and one night stand. There is a full size closet with two levels of hanging space. The bathroom can stay decorated the way it is or you're welcome to change it. There is a washer and dryer unit in the apartment. The rent is 1000 a month, utilities are not included. The internet costs about 30 dollars a person per month, the electric and heat are around the same. We split all bills evenly between each person in the house not by couple.
