The room is quite large and spacious. There?s laundry in the building, as well as bike storage and backyard access. Very close to the L train and about a 15 minute walk to the M and the J train. One of my roommates is moving out early, and we?re looking for someone to take over the lease from October 1st to the end of May. We pay internet, electricity, and gas along with rent each month. My other roommate and I are nice, quiet, and respectful.
