Spare room in Bushwick

Hi, my name is Paula. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor in Bushwick. My children of 26 and 24 years old recently moved out and I am looking to rent out one of their rooms for the next 6 months. It has a queen sized matress and box spring and nothing else. It faces the back of the house, which makes it the quietest room away from the noises of traffic. I has it's own heater and air conditioner. It's also the nearest bedroom to the bathroom and kitchen. There is a laundromat a 5 minute walk away. The L and J train are about a 9 to 10 minutes walk away. I work as a paraprofessional in the Board of Education so I keep regular school hours for work. I'm 56 years old. I like to spend time with my brother and his family that lives in the second floor and first floor and my parents live in the first floor. I'm quiet and clean. I also like to keep a vegetable garden on my fire escape in the kitchen for my vegan meals.
