The Photos:
First three are the actual unit, next is a photo of what the bathrooms in the building look like (the one in the unit is mirrored but they all look the same), fifth-seventh are of my current roommate?s room, which is very comparable to the one in the unit, and the last is of my living room setup I?d be moving (including the two cats on the couch!).

The Building:
A lovely mixed use building one block from the J/M trains and ~6 minutes from the Z at Myrtle or ~12 minutes to the L at Montrose. Right on the border of Williamsburg and Bushwick. Shared rooftop deck, elevator, laundry room (6 washer/dryer units), gym (currently closed due to covid), bike room, and storage.

The Apartment:
A third floor unit facing Fayette St (much quieter!). Dishwasher, thermostat in each room, nice sized coat closet and deep tub! There is a balcony off of one of the bedrooms (not the one listed, but I?m more than willing to share when I?m not home!). This apartment will also be home to two cats! Rent is $2850 total with a free month on a year-long lease. Lease signing would be ASAP.

The Room:
Nice sized room, includes a closet! Current tenants have what looks to be a twin sized bed and desk with room for more furniture. Could probably fit a full. There is a photo attached. Rent for this room is $1400.

The Roommate:
23, queer female, finishing up undergrad. Has lived in this building for a year already and is moving to this unit because it is quieter and both bedrooms have closets. Pros of having me as a roommate include free coffee from Starbucks and a living room already set up with a couch, TV so you don;?t have to worry about it, and the aforementioned two cats! Generally not home a lot pre-pandemic, but times have changed.

You:
20s, preferably female or non-binary, not allergic to cats. Good credit/guarantor/willing to use the insurance the rental company uses. I don?t always need to chat, but would love to be friendly! (Having a glass of wine and catching a movie or even just catching up!)
