Looking to rent out one bedroom in our 4 bedroom apartment in the heart of Bushwick!

The apartment is two floors with this bedroom available on the bottom floor of the duplex but still has windows. The bedroom is super private as it does not share walls with any other bedrooms in the apartment and the full bathroom is only shared with 1 other roommate as their is a second bathroom upstairs for the other 2. There is also a living room on each floor and a one kitchen shared by all roommates. The apartment also has a large private backyard, central air, keyless entry, laundry in building, dishwasher, video surveillance and roof access!

We are 3 girls, between the ages of 23 - 27, and all working professionals so are out of the house most of the day! We are a super laid back group and are open to any who would like to join our space as long as they are kind and respectful. We do have one cat in the apartment and do not allow for additional pets.

The space is $1000/month and utilities are usually ~$100-$120/month on top of that. We also do require a $1000 security deposit as well.

We are right in the heart of Bushwick, a 2 minute walk to the Knickerbocker M and a 6 minute walk to the DeKalb L. We are also blocks away from multiple grocery stores, laundromats (if you prefer to drop off instead of use the units in the building), and right around the corner from Blink Fitness.
We are also close to all popular bars and restaurants in the area - only walking distance from Roberta's, Three Diamond Door, The Johnson's, Faro, Carmelo's, and many more!

We are looking for someone to move in ASAP or July 1st and are open to any timeline - our lease is currently active through July 2021.
