I'm a respectable, lowkey, clean roomie looking for a woman to fill a room in this spacious 2 bedroom/1bath apartment in Bushwick.

If you're looking to downsize to one roommate in a very large apartment, this is a great time to snag it!

I work in tech with a flex WFH schedule, in my room most days. During off hours I relax, watch shows and movies, and occasionally have a drink to unwind from the days. Would love to have happy hours with my roommates when we're in the mood!

I value clean and tidy apartment so I make it a habit to clean biweekly. Our lives get busy so its fine it occasionally gets untidy.

I deal with allergies so can't have pets living in the space ( I do love them).

Spare bedroom is large enough to fit a full/queen size bed, dressers and nightstand with ample extra space. Includes closet, and AC unit in the window.

You will also have a second closet to yourself located in the living room. Your room will be unfurnished, so please feel free to move your own furniture in!

We will split costs from Coned, National Grid and internet. Your portion will be between 60->90 depending on the season.
