This apt is a Bushwick hidden gem. The bedroom is huge (the photos don?t do it justice): easily fits a queen or even king size + dresser + desk with still room to spare. It has two windows which get plenty of light and two closets, one with built-in shelves. It has its own private bathroom, and there?s washer/dryer in unit.

The kitchen is full-size with plenty of room to store your food and other kitchen items (and the other roommates don?t really cook, so you?ll mostly have the kitchen to yourself). There?s a wraparound back porch leading to a shared outdoor space. The living room and kitchen are furnished, albeit it a bit minimally, but if you have your own furniture or would like to get some, I?m sure the roommates would be open.

Great location near plenty of bars, music venues, grocery stores, bodegas, etc. The Central M is a block and a half away, the Kosciuszko J is a less than 5 min walk, and the Dekalb/Jefferson L are 15 min away.

Roommates request no dogs or couples, though cats are fine as are occasional overnight guests. The apt mostly stays pretty quiet, but the occasional party or gathering of friends is fine with a little notice. The landlord is very chill and the other people in the building are nice. All in all, it?s a great apartment!
