The East Bushwick House features four floors of exclusively designed spaces, with three total apartments. We even have a spacious backyard!

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house. There’s no need to even bring a pillow. There are single and shared rooms, depending on availability and your price range.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses (twin-sized for shared rooms, full-sized for single rooms), memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are six full bathrooms and one half bathroom so you’ll never have to wait..
Also included: toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and small garbage bags, which will never be empty! We also provide hairdryers, so there’s no need to bring your own.

THE LAUNDRY
Every floor has its own washer and dryer.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This coliving space is in up-and-coming east side of the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The East Bushwick House is a five-minute walk to the Wilson Ave. stop on the L train and a 15-minute walk to the Halsey Street stop on the J, M and Z trains.

The location is near coffee shops (Father Knows Best is Outpost Club's favorite), pizza/taco joints and bars. Check out our neighborhood guide to get a feel of the area!

THE SPACE
The house is a newly renovated space with central air, updated appliances and hardwood floors. This house is equipped with a common basement living room and coworking space. All of the common areas are massive in comparison to your average New York City apartment.

This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.
