Room+Private Bathroom in Pet Friendly apartment

Hello,

I have a room with private bathroom available as of 09/01/25 in a RENT STABILIZED building with amenities in the heart of Bushwick. Note: sorry but I’m only looking for a FEMALE roommate, who has a hybrid job situation. NO WFH will be considered.

About me:
I'm easy going, reserved, respectful and an introvert. My home is my sanctuary, so I like to keep my apartment clean, with positive energy and drama-free. I have four small dogs and a lovely senior cat, so it's important that my new roommate is a pet lover. They won’t get inside your room and no worries about funny smells, since I keep the place extremely neat.
I’m also in charge of cleaning the apartment every Saturday morning, you only need to clean your room and your bathroom. However, I only ask that my roommate cleans after herself when using the kitchen or common areas.

Ideal roommate:
Someone who pays the rent on time, doesn’t use the apartment as the “hangout space” for her friends, doesn't bring the party back home or has a semi-permanent living couple situation.
No smoking allowed in the apartment.
No dirty dishes in the sink over 24hrs - we have a dishwasher 😉

The room:
Nice size room that fits full bed and a desk with large closet. Plus you have a second closet on the hallway (next to your private bathroom). There is an additional shared storage closet in the living room for suitcases, etc.
