We have lots of amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, 24 hour mini market, music venues, post office, gym, yoga studios, rock climbing facility, art studios, laundry everywhere sorry not in the property.

This is a three bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome guys.
We are looking a MALE, súper chill, CLEAN, responsible, respectful, financially stable, mature, happy, organized and willing to share roommate cleaning/expense responsibilities. Experienced with roommate living.

The room has a window, closet, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. It fits a full/queen size bed.
The rent for the room is $1,450 per month plus utilities and wifi.
Long term commitment, six month minimum.
You would need the first month, plus security deposit (Qualified Guarantors welcome).
No broker fee.
