We have lots of amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, 24 hour mini market, music venues, post office, gym, yoga studios, rock climbing facility, art studios, laundry everywhere sorry not in the building. Cool places to check out in the area: Seawolf, Echo Bravo, Pearl's, The Rookery, La Cantina, Roberta's, Derecks Mexican food truck, just to name a few.

This is a three bedroom apartment and you would be sharing common areas with two awesome guys.
We are looking for someone with a good sense of humor, super chill, CLEAN, responsible, respectful, financially stable, mature, happy, organized and willing to share roommate responsibilities and toiletry supplies. Experienced with roommate living.

The room has a window, closet, air conditioner, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. It fits a full/queen size bed.
The rent for the room is $1,100 per month plus utilities and wifi.
Long term commitment, one year minimum.
