Sunny room in a beautiful Bushwick apartment

We have a great room available for rent in our 2 bedroom apartment starting March 1st for either short or long term. Our apartment occupies the whole 1st floor of an awesome house on George St. (a really unusual tree-filled block of houses a 5 minute walk from the Morgan L).

This is a queen or king sized room with a walk-in closet, window facing our backyard, with room to spare for desk and chairs. Room is optionally available partly furnished with bed, chair, side-table, and closet drawers. There is a private backyard furnished with lawn table and chairs. And the living room is absolutely giant and has it's own closet too. Basically a very special apartment-- a rare find.

Who we are: My GF and I are laid-back, responsible, friendly thirty-year olds. She moved here from Sweden, works with kids during the day and makes her own jewelry and accessories. I am a teacher and small business owner. We are social, but not loud. Clean, but not obsessive. Open-minded, but responsible. We have a very cute and well-behaved 7 month old puppy-roommate must like dogs!

Our future roommate: someone good-natured, super responsible and clean, but also easy going. Beyond that, we're open minded!
