Your room shares a wall with the kitchen. My room is all the way on the other side of the house. A queeen bed and a few pieces of furniture comfortably fits.
We are 1.5 blocks from the J train Halsey stop. There are new restaurants popping up every month in the neighborhood
We live on the top floor of a third floor building and most of the surrounding buildings are only two floors so we have a great breeze and relative quietness
