Bosch laundry facilities are in the apartment. Professional cleaning is provided every three weeks. The amenities also include high speed internet in addition to heating and all utilities.
The neighborhood is superb. There's lots of public transport. The L and M lines are 2 blocks away. Lots of busses. A huge, multi-ethnic supermarket is 1 block away. Lots of coffee shops, ethnic restaurants, real French croissants and baguettes etc. etc.
We're looking for a quiet, non-smoker; who enjoys beauty and cleanliness. Liking to cook is a plus but not essential!
