This is a lovely room and an office (actually two large rooms) in a, well kept, Victorian house. You have access to the entire apartment including the eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room and large patio backyard. You'll share a bathroom only if there are guests for the day.

Bosch laundry facilities are in the apartment. The amenities also include high speed internet in addition to heating and all utilities.

The neighborhood is superb. There's lots of public transport. The L and M lines are 2 blocks away. Lots of busses. A huge, multi-ethnic supermarket is 1 block away. Lots of coffee shops, ethnic restaurants, real French croissants and baguettes etc. etc.

We're looking for a quiet, non-smoker; who enjoys beauty and cleanliness.
