Current roommate is moving out and I am looking to fill her spot so I can stay in the apartment. The room is large, has a closet, and fire escape access. Shared living room and kitchen is quite large, with more than enough room for hosting. Laundry is in the building and costs $1.50/1.75.

Some info about me:
My name is Phil and I am the current tenant. I work at a small software company and usually work about 3 days in office per week. In my free time I like to run, play a lot of sports (Brooklyn Bridge Park is great for beach volleyball and soccer!), am part of a classics book club, play piano (you would be welcome to use the upright piano in the apartment as well), and watch a lot of movies. I like to travel a lot and so there will be a decent amount of time where you would have the apartment to yourself. My previous roommate in this apartment was a woman and anyone of any gender is welcome to apply.
