ISO: Female Roommate for 5/1 lease start

Hi everyone!! My name is Keegan and my roommate, Evan, and I are looking for a female roommate in her late 20s to move into our gorgeous Brooklyn Heights apartment!

The apartment is a 3 bed/ 2 bath and around 1100 sq ft total. You would be sharing a bathroom with me! The room can fit a queen size bed, a desk, and has 2 closets. There is a dishwasher in unit and laundry in building. It is < 5 mins to Clark St (2,3) and High St (A, C), and the 4, 5, and R are also within 10 mins. It is a 6th floor apartment, but there is an elevator in the building. There are windows in every room, so the apartment gets a ton of natural light.

A bunch of cute restaurants and bars are close by, it is two blocks from the promenade and less than a 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Keegan: I’m 28 and am an Environmental Analyst for the DOHMH (in office 3-4x per week). I love to go out, try new places, and explore the city but also love to stay in and have movie/wine nights as well! I’m a crafter, music lover, and bravo reality enthusiast. We are a close knit bunch so would love to find someone to hang and be friends with!

Evan: Hi I’m Evan, I’m 28 and I’m a software engineer at Capital One. I go into the office 1-2 days a week. I’m big into exploring new restaurants, bars, and neighborhoods in the city but also easily convinced to watch bravo or a movie on a night in. I like to run and am also trying to get into some new things this year like wood carving and learning Spanish.
