NYC living doesn't get any better! The home itself, the company, and the neighborhood are all exceptional. I choose my housemates carefully to be warm, amiable, respectful, open minded professionals who are excited to experience all the wonder that Brooklyn/NYC offers. Fully furnished room, bathroom is shared with another renter. (Note, this room has no outside windows, but is large, very private and cozy.)

This is a shared living space in my two story 4 bedroom home. You are welcome to share all parlor floor common areas (double living room, dining room, kitchen), as well as spacious patio deck and backyard. All the kitchen utensils and spices you'll ever need!

Washer/Dryer and additional storage available in my basement.
Cleaning lady comes once a week.

Looking for responsible, chill, tidy professional to share my happy home. Friendly, sociable, respectful of common space, doesn't bring the party home. Plenty of common space to WFH. Love of cooking and dogs encouraged! (I have a 35 lb Cavapoo who will want to be your friend.)
