SUNNY BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN LARGE 3 BEDROOM APT, FEMALE ROOMATE WANTED

Two friendly girls, one in her mid 20's and one in her late 30’s, looking for a laid back female roommate in their mid 20's or 30's to share a lovely apartment in Brooklyn Heights. Ready for move-in September 1st. It's a large 3 BD/1BA apartment, with a big kitchen, large living room and dining room, large pantry, bathroom with a sky light for additional natural lighting, high ceilings, total apartment size 1400 SF (Only one apartment per floor of building so the apartment is huge) on the top floor (4 story building)

Currently the bedroom for rent has a large window with lots of natural sunlight, a twin bed with a new white rug, new AC and new desk. Room was also newly painted. If you have your own bed, rug or desk, we could remove whatever you would want us to before you'd move in, or it could come furnished. I am also including at the end of the pictures for the listing, two additional pictures of the same room, showing when our past roommate lived there and had a full size bed in the bedroom instead of a twin (just so you can gauge better the size of the room, if you would rather have a full size bed than a twin) Their is also a nice size closet in the bedroom, and we have another walk in closet in another section of the apartment, where you could put some of your additional clothing, suitcase, etc if needed.

The neighborhood is awesome and very safe. Borough Hall / Court St Subway Stop (2,3,4,5, R) Jay St / Metro Tech (A, C, F, R) and Bergen St Stop (F, G) all less than 10 minute walk. The apartment is walking distance to Key Food, Trader Joe's, lots of great bars, restaurants and shops.

Looking for someone who's neat and doesn't have pets. There is no smoking in the apartment or drugs. No couples please. No long term overnight guests (i. e. your boyfriend can stay over a couple of nights a week, but we're not looking for a fourth roommate if you catch our drift;) First and last month's rent + one month’s security deposit required upon moving in.

One professional working female and one graduate student female going for her PHD. We are both very nice, chill, laid back and friendly. We go out on weekends but don't usually have people over that much. Pretty low key. The apartment is furnished so you would only need whatever you want to have in your bedroom.
