This is a cozy, sunlight filled room in a 3 bedroom brownstone garden level apartment located in Prime Brooklyn Heights.

// YOUR ROOM //
Your sun-filled room opens up to a private patio in the backyard of the brownstone. The room can comfortably fit a full sized bed, desk, closet/clothing storage. It currently has a twin sized bed with a open wood platform, 2 large Ikea PAX closets that you can either keep or we can get rid of them for your own furniture. The room is also equipped with a personal A/C unit for the summer heat.

// THE APARTMENT //
The apartment features in-unit washer/dryer nook, 1.5 restrooms that you will be sharing with the other roommates, The Living/Dining/Kitchen area is in the center of the apartment. We have a huge kitchen that faces out to the living/dining area, making it uniform living space. Our living room space has a 42" TV with chromecast used to play games, watch netflix, and play music. We have created a space for friends and family to convene around. The Dining area features a large communal table for meals, gatherings, and work.
The whole apartment has central heating as well when it gets chilly in the winter.

This location is a hub. Everything you need to live a nice, comfortable life is within 5 minute walk from the apartment. It is also 2 stops away from Manhattan.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
I am have been living with my roommates for 2+ years, we have been in this apartment for less than a year. I am moving abroad and am looking for an ideal someone to take place in our cozy and family style home. We are looking for short term summer / long term roommate. Roommate 1 (Jing) is a special education teacher. Roommate 2 (Jessica) is a healthcare consultant The roommates are both clean, casual, quiet and respectable. They like to watch Friends on Netflix and snack on cookies and are looking for someone that will share, enjoy, and take
care of the space together.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
You'll be finishing up our year 1 lease up to september 1 with an option to continue living in this apartment for another year. You'll be putting down a security deposit of $1750 (1/3 of total apartment rent) + first month's rent $1700.

You will need a Credit Check + a month's paystubs to present to our landlord.

Utilities/internet is additional and is split among the roommates every month.
