The room is bright and spacious with hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, window A/C, and great natural light. You get the private bedroom while I live in the living room area, and we share the kitchen and bathroom. Rent is $1,000 per month with all utilities and Wi-Fi included, plus a $1,000 security deposit. I am a clean, quiet, and friendly full-time graduate student.
