Hi there! My name is Riya and I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom and apartment for June and July (Most definitely open to move-in dates anytime after May 22nd!).

You would be sharing a living space, two bathrooms and a kitchen with a beautiful skylight with 3 other wonderful and welcoming trans roommates (and 2 cats!) I would clear my wardrobe out for you to have plenty of space for your own clothes and will put away most other.

You would be 40 minutes away from Manhattan. They nearest stops are the Newkirk station (a 5 minute walk away) and the Beverly station (10 minutes walk away). There are local fresh produce stands, a Key Foods and a Target within a 10-15 minute walk away.

I am traveling over the summer and will be back in the first week of August!

The utilities are separate from the cost of the security deposit that I will return to you once you have moved out.

No pets because we have very friendly and attention-seeking kitties!
