Street-facing bedroom with an adjacent workspace, suitable for a home office or studio. The apartment occupies the entire first floor of a two-story, three-unit building and gets plenty of natural light.

Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is lived-in and eclectic. It’s an older, no-frills place, so no dishwasher or in-unit washer or dryer, but it’s spacious and comfortable.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with a grocery store, laundromat, and a few restaurants nearby. Prospect Park is about a 15-minute walk, and downtown Manhattan is roughly 35 minutes by train.

I’m looking for a responsible, considerate roommate who keeps things tidy and enjoys a calm, relaxed home. Writers, designers, artists, or anyone creative will feel at home here. Mutual respect and clear communication are the most important things.

All utilities, basic household supplies, and professional cleaning three times per year are included in the monthly rent. This is a non-smoking home. No pets, unfortunately.
