1 Room in 4 bedroom apartment

Crown Heights (Sterling Place) 5 blocks from Utica Ave & Eastern Parkway. RENT $1,094 a month. Move in ASAP ~ 1 bedroom with its own bathroom available in a 4 bedroom (walk up) apartment. Room number 3 in the video is the one that is available. There is a rooftop accessible above our floor. Room can comfortably fit a full bed (although I currently have a twin to maximize my space) ! Street parking available and laundry in building in the basement. Electricity and wifi is not included in the bill but rounds up around 120-150 all together on average per person. 1 female and 2 males currently live here! Ideally we are looking for a girl to balance things out but guys are welcome to apply! Apartment is located next to the A, C, 3, and 4 trains.
Requirements:

- You must have good credit score and make 40 times the rent to qualify.

- You will need to do a quick phone screening with me first then meet the roommates and I who are currently living in the apartment in order to get approved. I’ll start touring the apartment around January 15th . I am planning to move out by February 1st

- The management of the building will do a credit and background check which is required before move in.
