2nd floor walk up stairs. No elevator. Not wheelchair accessible.

Must be "LGBTQ/queer friendly". Everyone is welcomed regardless of their sexuality. No judgements. No pets allowed.
No animals what so ever. People have allergies.
Not a party house. No illegal Drugs activities and smoke free house. Sorry legal reason, you know :) You can smoke on the porch.

Positive, good to others. Hygienic. Someone who is into peace, community and harmony. Open minded. Someone who does not miss-represent themselves. Someone who will insist/assist in cleaning the public areas at least once a week.
