The bedroom comfortably fits a queen-size bed (frame can stay or be removed).

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one roommate, me, Melissa, a working professional in the fashion tech space that works from home. This is a calm, respectful household and best suited for someone who values a quiet living environment. I’m sensitive to noise, and I occasionally record content for work, so a quiet and considerate roommate is important.
Looking for a clean, responsible, and considerate roommate. Shared spaces should be kept tidy. Media volume should be kept low and headphones used when appropriate. Not ideal for someone who hosts frequent guests or prefers a loud household.

No smoking.

Utilities are split evenly (gas, water, internet), typically around $200 total per person.
Move-in requires first month’s rent and a security deposit.
January move-in will be prorated based on date.
