the place is a real home and I am looking for someone clean and respectful who can appreciate the comfort it provides

Kitchen is fully stocked and welcomes any hobby chef

the apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful(7th floor, elevator)

-8 minute walk to subway station (Church ave. 2,5 train)
-there is big supermarket right behind the building (3 min walk )
-20 mins to Prospect Park
- a lot of really good Caribbean food in the neighborhood
