Available move in December 1st lease take over ~ 1 bedroom with its own bathroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment. There is a rooftop accessible above our floor. Room can comfortably fit a full bed! I have attached photo of my own stuff in the room to give an idea how much it can fit. Street parking available and laundry in building in the basement. Electricity and wifi is not included in the bill but rounds up around 120-150 all together on average per person. 1 female and her dog and 2 males currently live here! Ideally we are looking for a girl to balance things out but guys are welcome to apply! Apartment is located next to the A, C, 3, and 4 trains.

Requirements:
- You must have good credit score and make 40 times the rent to qualify.
- The management of the building will do a credit and background check which is required before move in.
- No couples
