Korean speaker preferred! It’s a short term sublease from 12.1-12.15 for 15 days ($750) including utilities bill and high-speed wifi. $50/day. Only females. Living essentials like toiletries are not included. Prefer someone who'll stay for the entire period: 12.1-12.15.

- There’re two girl roommates who’re working hard just graduated from a university. NO smoking, party, drugs, animals.
- 2min walk to a train station, Newkirk Av-Little Haiti (line 2&5). 30min to Manhattan without transferring.

Apartment building
- a modern apartment: clean, safe, quiet.
CCTV, video intercom, private mailbox

Neighborhood
- safe and clean; it’s not a party block, and there’re a church and a school nearby.
- Neighbors are kind and respectful.
- There’s Brooklyn college (15min walking).
- Target, fitness center, cafe, restaurants, shops, grocery stores all in 10min walking distance.

Your private bedroom
- a full size mattress
- built in closet, desk, chair
- A/C and heater in each room so that you can adjust by yourself for your own room. When you go out, just don’t forget to turn off the light, heater and such.
Shared kitchen

- oven, refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, etc.

Shared bathroom
- You’ll share it with another girl.
There’s a filter shower head and hose using whose the other roommate owns.

Others
- In unit laundry

**It’s suitable for a student, professional, solo female traveler. You have to be clean and respectful to other roommates. I’ll do a video call like zoom to ask your life style and so on.**

About the roomies:
They are both in their 20s working hard after graduating from a university. They’re both clean and do house chores like washing dishes. They usually come back home after midnight from work.
