Large room w/ private bathroom in Brooklyn, 11230

Hi, I am Julia and I am looking to sublet a large, unfurnished room with a private bathroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in Midwood in Brooklyn, 11230 (18 Ave stop on the F train). Room is available beginning December 1st. Here are the details:

Money:

- $1,182/mo. + bills.
- first month rent + deposit ($1,182) to move in.

Room:

- Available December 1.
- Large, unfurnished room with a closet and its own private bathroom. The room can easily fit a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a desk, a loveseat. I included pictures with furniture for reference, the room is going to be unfurnished.
- Large kitchen/living area with a deck.
- Laundry in the basement.
- No other roommates, just me.

Neighborhood:

- F train (18 Ave stop) is a 7 min walk from home. You can be in the city in 30-40 mins.
- Everything you need is within walking distance (laundromat and bodega are on our street, Shop Rite is a 5 min walk, and then there's the 18th Ave with small grocery stores, cafes, hardware store, library, etc.).
- This is not a fancy neighborhood, but we are close to interesting spots: Prospect Park and the landmarked Greenwood Cemetery; also Flatbush with hipstery bars and restaurants and organic food coops; and Windsor Terrace and Ditmas Park Historic District with pretty old houses.

Ideal roommate:

- I am looking for a female roommate, 30s-40s, with a full time non remote job.
- I am looking for a respectful quiet introvert, who doesn’t bring the party home.
- Someone who is a naturally tidy person; preferably a light cooker.
- No overnight visitors.
- No pets (sorry, it’s in the lease).
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the apartment or on the deck.

A bit about me: I am in my late 30s, I have a remote office job. I am an introvert and like peace and quiet. I enjoy reading and going to museums and parks. I have lived in this apartment for 5 years.
