Hi! I am looking to sublet a large, unfurnished bedroom with its own private bathroom in Midwood, Brooklyn, 11230, off of 18 Ave stop on the F line. Long-term only. Available May 1st. $1,300/mo. Bills included (if they do not go over average amount). $1,300 deposit required.

The room can easily fit a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a desk, a loveseat. It has a closet, and you will also get another closet in the hallway. I included pictures with furniture for scale, but the room will be unfurnished.

Laundry is in the basement and there’s a newly renovated laundromat across the street. Everything you need is within walking distance: train station is a 7 min walk, Shop Rite is a 10 min walk, 18th Avenue has grocery stores, library, hardware store, bank, etc. Flatbush is a 20 min walk for bars, coffee shops, farmers market, etc. Prospect Park is 3 train stops away. Manhattan is 40-60 min away and Coney Island is about 40 mins away by train.

I will be your only roommate. I am in my late 30s, I work full time from home, I like reading, exploring the city, going to museums and parks.

Ideally, I am looking for a female roommate, late 20s-40s, who is tidy, quiet, doesn’t bring the party home and keeps to herself. Preferably a light cooker. But the most important thing for me is that we have different schedules.
