Lease Takeover - 2BR apartment in Brooklyn - $2550

Hey everyone! I’m relocating upstate for a new job and looking for someone to take over my lease in my 2-bedroom apartment in Flatbush.

The apartment is bright, modern, and in excellent condition. Each bedroom has its own independent A/C unit. It’s on the 5th floor of a clean, quiet walk-up building, right across from a school and close to both the police and fire stations.

It has two bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There’s laundry in the building (washer + dryer). I can leave it furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you prefer.

Rent is $2,550/month for the entire apartment (energy + WiFi not included). The lease runs through October 1, 2026.

I’ve lived here for 4 years with zero issues; the landlord is great, easy to reach, and already aware of my move.

Just 5 minutes to the 2 and 5 trains, with several bus lines and a supermarket nearby. The area is quiet, convenient, and has everything you need close by.

It’s been a great home, comfortable, peaceful, and easy to live in. Available November 1st (move-in date can be flexible).

Requirements: standard NYC approval, income 40x the rent and good credit.
