Prospect Park - Large bedroom w. private bath

The apartment is a 3.5bedroom/2 bath. The entire space is massive -- over 1500+ sq feet. I'm subletting one room w. a private bathroom for a starting Dec 1st-15th w. a minimum of 5 months. The room is large, at least 16x15ft and has two built in spacious closet and can fit a king-size bed + additional furniture and still have room to spare. Facing lush trees, on the 5th floor (lots of privacy) in an elevator building.

- Washer/Dryer in the basement (1.75 to wash, 1.50 to dry)

Two blocks south of Prospect Park, 5 minutes away from the Q/B train, 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. It's a lively neighborhood; with restaurants/cafes, cheap eats, poultry/fish markets, grocery stores and bars. There's a Target, Wonder and Starbucks one block away.

- Cleans up after themselves and dedicates time to tidying up the apartment
- Must be POC-friendly/LGBTQ-friendly. I'm a POC myself. My other roommate is a kind, respectful individual, she is a working professional who works in the office and is a student
- I'm going back to school and and my partner works in film/production remotely
