Famous NY Aquarium and Coney Island Luna Park are within walking distance along the boardwalk. Boardwalk is always busy with people taking a stroll, exercise, running, and biking. Share a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen space, including the dishwasher. The laundry room is available in the building. I do keep my apartment clean and would appreciate the same courtesy from a potential roommate. I’m interested in a responsible person.
