About the Room: Spacious bedroom with ample natural light, comfortably fits a twin-sized bed and additional furniture. There are 2x rooms to choose from. It's a 3 bed/1 bath, keeping the 3rd room open for common area/office/tv room/storage if needed. 2x dining areas w/ table & chairs, bar, huge kitchen full of cookware, plates, cutlery, etc., skylights, lots of plants, great energy and very relaxing to come home to. Room can be furnished if needed, can/will make room for additional furniture throughout apartment.

Location: Conveniently situated in Bay Ridge, no buildings or homes across the one-way street! Quiet, friendly, accessible neighborhood (Express and regular buses around the corner with R train just a few blocks away. You'll have easy access to local amenities, parks, restaurants, and shopping options around the corner. Explore the vibrant neighborhood and make it your own!

About me: Outgoing, respectful, personable but not intrusive, professional (Corporate Operations Director for a local restaurant franchise company) M-F (up at 5am)-work in office (Marine Park). 40, single/dating on occasion. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area living in NYC for 6 years. I love to cook and enjoy hosting dinner parties on occasion w/ neighbors & friends, not much into nightlife. Social drinker, 420 friendly. I enjoy exploring the city, museums, art galleries sometimes, movies, restaurants, doggy dates, reading, thinking of getting a console to play Mortal Kombat and other video games. Very close with amazing neighbors in the building (3 units) and on the block, it’s like a little village here but nobody’s in your business, lol. Ground floor neighbor allows us to use backyard for bbq's, gardening, or just relaxing in, again, AWESOME neighbors!
