It fits an entire studio apartment with its own private bathroom and own private entrance. Its already furnished.

Ideal Roommate:

Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously...yet responsible, respectful, communicative, non-passive aggressive (ha), considerate, cleans after themselves, and can be conversational at times.

Quick Note:

Move-in is flexible
Happy to rent out for a few days/couple of months AirBnB styled
