The monthly price starts at $1780 /month all included (water, electricity, gas, internet, weekly house cleaning, Netflix, maintenance, community events,...). No other costs.

The people in the house are between 23 to 35 years old, international people from all around the world. It’s a wonderful opportunity to join an international community of more than 700 members, meet new friends and build upon your social life in New York.
Nearby you have another two houses of the same community, where you attend events and meet each other for all kinds of activities organized by the community managers.

Everything is included! Even a brunch is delivered once a month with global groceries (salt pepper, olive oil, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, etc) - Events for our members are also organized every month!
