There are 2 females already living in the apt. Everybody is nice and respectful in the apt. The apartment is furnished and very clean. There is a closet in the room. We have a kitchen for small uses. (Only for quick cooking). The room and the bathroom are very sunny during the day. And it has open and beautiful view of the street view. The Building is very clean as well.
The area is very safe and quiet. The location is the next block of the Avenue M train Station for the Q train, and it is 2 min walk from the apt. Also, there is another train station on Kings Highway (B train and Q train) which is 7 min walk from the apt. There are lots of restaurants and shopping places around the apt. for example; T. J. Maxx 7 eleven, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, many restaurants around it etc. there is 24 hours open Turkish Restaurant as well. Brooklyn College is 20 minutes from the apt. 10 min away 3 different fitness locations.
*The laundry is in the building.
