Hi all~~I’m moving out and looking for a replacement to fill our very large first floor, 4 bdrm Park Slope apartment in a 4 unit building. Super close to Prospect Park, we are just three breezy blocks from the 7th Ave F/G stop & a short walk to the R at 4th Ave/9th St. Flexible Feb. 15th or hard Mar. 1st move in (we can chat). You will be sharing a fully furnished living room and kitchen (w/ dishwasher), the backyard, and a bathroom (with in-unit private washer/dryer) that you’ll share with two roommates. Looking for kind and clean individuals. The shared living space is huge, and you can share in mealtime or evening work/chill time as much as your personal boundaries allow.

Room: External room, your own door to the backyard, with high ceilings. Currently has a dresser, nightstand, and a queen bed in it, and there is also a fairly large built in closet. Shares a wall with two other bedrooms, but it’s at the end of the apartment and feels very private. Window (and door!) faces the small backyard private to our unit!

Current occupants: You’ll have three sunny female roommates! Two of which WFH.
Jessie is an event planner and often traveling, so she’s generally out and about a lot.
Maddie is a chill transplant from Arizona who works in the sports industry.
Katie is a middle school English/History teacher who also runs a podcast & musicals!

You: Currently the place is chill, clean, and we pay our bills on time, so my roommates are hoping to maintain that. They value having a comfortable and welcoming space so looking for people with ~*positive vibes*~ who can respect the space and one another. Pets (I. E. dogs) are sadly a no-go as of now (Landlord rule) but Katie has a baby Russian tortoise and a very friendly cat. NO COUPLES PLEASE (individuals will be interviewed exclusively).

Neighborhood: Located in a prime spot, not far from 5th ave which is full of restaurants, bars, etc. We’re basically on 7th ave which is a lot of shopping and food. Two Avenues up is Prospect park (and we’re very close to the coveted dog swimming pond…). Utilities usually come to between $50-60 each month and include gas, electric & internet.

~*~Requirements: be prepared to have first and last month’s rent, w/ security, along with a $100 credit check required by our management company. Lease is for one year. Living Room and kitchen are entirely furnished (so no need for additional furniture for the most part)~*~ Attached photo is of your possible future bedroom (when it was empty so you can plan the space) as well as common spaces.
