My housemate moved in with his GF, and I am looking for someone to fill his room for a lease takeover. Rent is $1,500 per month + utilities.

The ~1000sq/ft 2 BR / 2 BA apartment was renovated in 2019, and has two levels; an upper floor with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as a finished basement with an entertainment room, additional bathroom, and a WFH / Storage space. The apartment, sans the empty bedroom, is fully furnished and outfitted since I've been living here for two years.

Your Room: XxX with a large window, x outlets, and a closet with a hanger. Tall ceilings make the room feel even larger than it is, and it's on the opposite side of the house as my bedroom. There is plenty of room for any size bed, dresser, and side tables. The window also looks out onto the alley and the neighbors green space.

Living Room & Kitchen: The recently renovated kitchen has modern appliances, such as a electric burner, stove, microwave, & refrigerator, as well as ample storage space for food and cookware. The living room is fully furnished, including midcentury modern chairs, additional seating for guests, a small dining room table, etc.

Basement: The finished basement has two sections. The entertainment area has a large sleeper couch and a massive projector wall hooked up to the works; PS5, Xbox One, Apple TV, etc. Finished off with a decent sound system, it's essentially like going to the movies. The other section serves as a WFH area and storage space - ensuring that you don't have to store stuff (NYC style) under the bed and in inconvenient locations. The basement itself has four windows, and gets plenty of light during the day.

Bathrooms: A 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, aka super freakin nice. Top bathroom has a bathtub/shower & glass doors, while the bottom is a half bath. Both have built in amenity cabinets.

Location: I've lived in the area for 4 years, and highly reccomend it. We're right off franklin Avenue, a great food & bar street.
