My roommate and I are searching to fill the third bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1 office apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

About the apartment:
The building is pre-war with elevator and newly renovated. Amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, good common space and an office/practice room for WFH or hobbies. (The apartment was "technically" a 4-bedroom but we converted the smallest bedroom into the office.) The open bedroom is the largest in the apartment and has a large double closet. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished.

About the neighborhood:
PLG has been a great place to be during the pandemic. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby. We are close to the park, the library and a farmers market. Our apartment is 5 minutes from the Sterling 2/5 line for easy access to Manhattan.

About us:
Maayan and I are both from San Francisco. I work at a non-profit as a grants/research manager. Maayan is an executive assistant. Personally, I'm pretty introverted, but enjoy being friends with my roommates to hang out and watch movies etc. Maayan is more extroverted.

We've been doing a lot of cooking and baking with the pandemic and have been taking turns batch cooking. We've been COVID-conscious, but even not during the pandemic we wouldn't be a party house.

Additional bonus amenities include: A bread machine! We almost always have fresh bread. The "fermentation station." I make home-brewed kombucha and always need people to help drink it. Occasional baked goods when I feel like baking.
